Plant virus detection techniques

Depending on the number of samples, availability of method and the kind of service required, we use one of the three following techniques:

• Diagnostic by means of enzyme-linked immunoassay technique (ELISA)

• Diagnosis by means of PCR and RT-PCR

• Diagnosis of samples using molecular hybridization
